Account data, addresses, orders, and measurement history are visible to the customer who owns them and to staff with a matching permission. Measurement history is shown in the account only after you consent.

Logos, measurement files, and bank-transfer evidence are stored on a private disk and are not published with the product catalog.

You can request account deletion. The request is recorded and the account is retained until a retention review, because orders and payments must stay available for accounting.

Email logs store the recipient, subject, and status. They do not store message bodies or secrets.
