Terms

An order is an offer to buy the garments described in the order snapshot. Ready-made stock is reserved or deducted when the order is placed, depending on the payment method. Custom orders enter production review and are not a promise of medical certification.

Cash on delivery and bank transfer remain unpaid until staff confirm them. Online card and PayPal payments are disabled until a provider is connected, and a webhook is accepted only after signature checks and a server-side status read.

Shipping dates and duty outcomes are not guaranteed.
